Caswell were the only Australian company I could find who stocked the product I needed. A faultless process from placing my order through to super fast delivery from Victoria to Sydney and carefully packaged too. I wish all online experiences were as good as this one.

Here are a few things that Casewell do not tell you on their website about their fuel tank sealing product:
- Once cured, the stuff is hard like a rock and clear like glass but not so brittle that it will crack if deformed.
- it has almost no smell or nasty fumes at all (a major benefit of you ask me)
- you need to remove fuel and chemical residue from the tank and it must be perfectly dry, but you do not need to go to great lengths to treat or remove rust (a major time saving). It bonds to rust and seals it in.
- you have plenty of working time at room temp, it distributes easily and sticks to the walls of your tank very well to give a very even coating
- when you apply it the material is thick like warm honey, so it will seal up any weeping holes without leaking out of the tank. For larger holes you can cover them with tape from the outside and / or use tank sealing putty prior to sealing. Because the product provides such an effective barrier, you can use general purpose epoxy for this.
- you can use it for all sorts of other applications, including as a very strong adhesive.
- the product is better, and easier to use than any comparable product on the market

The above is based on my observations using the product which I paid for in full. I have no association with the company.

I placed 2 separate orders, one on the Friday afternoon before a NSW long weekend and one on the holiday Monday. Both orders were delivered on the following day, Tuesday.
I don't know how you do that over a holiday weekend, but it is amazing service. Thank you. Colin H.

Excellent service, fast shipping.

I placed an order. Without thinking it through I needed to purchase more products, the following day I placed a second order...

To my surprise the shipping charges for the second order were refunded without asking.

You don't see this type of service these days.

Wow, what a company to do business with. From time order placed till completion of job was under 24hours. This included delivery from Melbourne to Sydney. You just cant beat that for service. Well done Caswell Australia.

Paul is a champion. Has been very helpful and all the products have been great. I had some poor results with a kit, he worked out there was a mistake and replaced the chemicals for free. I've bought maybe 3 or 4 kits now from him and many other supplies.
Will be a customer ongoing.

I used the spray can blue black to mimick traditional blueing, it did just that it looks fantastic, I would not use hot blueing again, It is easy, fast ,clean and much more protective than traditional blueing. I got it to my door within three days from ordering. Just follow the instructions and you won't go wrong.

Bought tank sealant from Caswell, beginning of this year did the 2 x15 Litre tanks at the rear of my Trike (long range tanks) and in the last month have resealed the 2x10 litre tanks on the front. Could not be happier with the product, the service was quick and professional and would recommend this company to anyone. Word of warning though, don't use this sealant in an enclosed area, plenty of ventilation is the go.

We manufacture a range of precision CNC machined aluminium components. For many years our biggest production issue was getting these parts anodized in a reasonable time & to an acceptable standard.
We contemplated setting up & anodizing our own parts inhouse, but always
ended up putting it in the too hard basket. That was until we discovered Caswell Australia & decided to give anodizing a go.
It turned out to be very affordable to set up, not difficult to learn & only a phone call for answers to any technical questions, also overnight delivery for anthing ordered
We have now been successfully anodizing all our components inhouse for 18 months & I can recommend anyone considering it to give Caswell a call.
It is great to be able manufacture parts & finish anodize them in less than 1 day !
