DESMUT XF

ADDITIVE FOR ALUMINIUM DEOXIDIZING AND NEUTRALIZING

DESMUT XF is a new formulation for use in the deoxidizing and neutralizing process prior to anodising.

DESMUT XF - ADVANTAGES

- Is a concentrated liquid formulation.

- Contains no chromates.

- Does not require heating

OPERATING CONDITIONS

DESMUT XF is used at 2-20% by volume at room temperature immersion time of approximately 2 minutes.

NOTE: If the aluminium alloy contains binders such as copper or silicon immersion times or concentration should be increased accordingly.

EQUIPMENT

Stainless steel or PVC lined tank.

SOLUTION PREPARATION

Part fill the tank with water.

Add DESMUT XF to achieve desired concentration.

Top up tank to operating level.

SIZE

Supplied as 500 mL.

Larger volumes can be supplied. Please ask for a quote.
